U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions in Atlanta Tuesday

One prominent political figure will make his way to Atlanta today, and no- it has nothing to do with the race for Tom Price's old House seat.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions will reportedly be in town to speak at the National Law Enforcement Conference on Human Exploitation, which takes place at the Atlanta Sheraton. On their website, the group says the conference will focus on expanding "the efforts and knowledge base of law enforcement investigators and prosecutors by providing specialized training focused on nvestigating and prosecuting technology-facilitated crimes against children."

As the nation's top law officer, Sessions has taken a tough stance on human trafficking. He has the support of President Trump, who has said that plans to use the "full force and weight" of the government to combat the crime.

It's not uncommon for top-ranking leaders at the Justice Department to speak at the event. Last year, former A.G. Loretta Lynch delivered a speech.
